在STM32F103上，接收OV2640的图像，并通过串口发送到电脑，利用图片接收助手可以接收并显示图片
本代码是在原子哥的例程基础上改的，不过做了一些个人的修改，原始实验是将图片显示在LCD屏上，而我是将原实验与LCD相关的部分删去，添加了利用DMA将照片缓存数据发送给串口的，利用图片接收助手可以接收并显示图片
